Upon purchase, CDSFM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased icon package in unlimited personal and commercial projects.

You may:

Use icons in personal and commercial projects
Modify icons to suit your needs
Use icons in client work
Use icons in open-source projects

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the icon files themselves
Claim ownership of the original icon designs
Use icons in products that directly compete with CDSFM

3. Payment & Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a download has been accessed. If you experience technical issues, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All icon designs remain the intellectual property of CDSFM. Your purchase grants a license to use the icons, not ownership of the underlying designs.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CDSFM does not warrant that the products will meet your requirements or be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

CDSFM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.
